A full-day leadership off-site for 46 members of Allianz Technology's extended leadership and COO team, hosted at Mikrofarm — a regenerative urban farm in Munich.

The day combined internal strategy sessions with hands-on regenerative agriculture, a farm-to-table lunch prepared by local caterers, a fermentation workshop, and a closing reflection session.
