Nature Networking hosted a full-day leadership off-site for Allianz Technology at Mikrofarm — a regenerative urban farm based in Munich.
Designed for 46 members of the extended leadership and COO team, the retreat brought together focused internal meeting time with meaningful engagement with local food systems, sustainability practices, and regenerative agriculture.
The Experience
The day was structured around two parallel experiences — internal leadership sessions and guided regenerative farm workshops — allowing participants to alternate between focused meeting time and immersive engagement with the farm environment.

The Objective
Allianz Technology was seeking a high-quality off-site environment for their leadership team that moved beyond a conventional meeting setting.
The goal was to create space for:

exposure to local sustainability initiatives in a tangible and accessible way
Farm-to-Table Lunch
Lunch was prepared and served by local caterers, @lesorelle_bruno using seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the farm.
Set within the greenhouse space at Mikrofarm, the shared meal became a central moment of connection and reflection throughout the day - reinforcing the relationship between local ecosystems, food systems, and community.
